Heart works Spring Food Drive

The Heartworks March 2015 Food Drive benefiting the OPRF Food Pantry will take place between March 3rd – 6th.

Save the Date – Family Science Night on 3/19

Deep Down Family Science Night at Lincoln Elementary 7-8pm Thursday March 19th –FREE ADMISSION. Cancel that tropical spring break trip, creatures of the sea are coming to the Lincoln gymnasium during Family Science Night. Dear me, is that an anemone? Take the plunge – a real sponge! It doesn’t stink, look inside a squid and paint with its ink? Join this up-close experience with many more creatures of the deep and discover the scientist in YOU (K – 4th appropriate). A Lincoln Elementary PTO Sponsored Event.

 Waste Free Wednesdays!

Each Wednesday through April 22nd we will be celebrating waste free lunches with a hand stamp, culminating in a Waste Free Challenge during Earth Week.  This is a fun way to participate in one of your child’s favorite activities!   We are looking for 2-3 volunteers every Wednesday from 11:15 – noon.  Please consider volunteering for a quick 45 minute time slot via SignUp Genius!  (scroll way to the bottom for G4G, thanks!)

 River Forest Youth Soccer

Soccer in the spring is fun and relaxed! Registration for our Sunday league is now open! NEW THIS YEAR, by popular demand, 5th – 8th grade leagues added!
